Josiah Arnett (Theseus) is very proud to be given the role of Thesus. In the past, he has played Eli in One Lane Bridge, Fred in A Christmas Carol, and Zeke in High School Musical. Josiah loves the Mount Vernon Theatre Arts department and would like to thank Mrs. Shaw for the opportunity to perform, and for her efforts at growing the program. Next, he would like to thank his family for teaching him perseverance and keeping him on the theatre track. Finally, he would like to thank his late grandfather for always believing in him.
Keeley Bryant (Hermia) is excited to be performing in her seventh show here at MVHS! She has previously been in A Christmas Carol (Mrs. Cratchit), High School Musical (Taylor McKessie/Brainiac), Beware the Jabberwock (Lucy), One Lane Bridge (911 Operator B), Man Woman Flower (Nancy/Fritz), and Bye Bye Birdie (Kim MacAfee). She is also a member of both ITS and Cappies this year. She would like to thank her friends and family for helping her and being there with her throughout this process.
Jared Diallo (Costume Crew Head/Oberon) refuses to write his bio until the last minute, but Donovan didn’t plan on hunting him down for a bio on this show. Therefore, if you are reading this bio, it means that Jared did not actually do said bio, and this placeholder bio remained.
Nicole Duchaine (Crew) is happy to be a part of this production. When conflicts prevented her from being a part of the cast, she wanted to be a part of crew to help build the set. She’d like to thank her parents for giving her the opportunity to be a part of this production. Nicole hopes you enjoy the show and the silliness of the plot!
Kaylie Farfan (Mustardseed) is so excited about doing her last show of the year. Previously, she did One Lane Bridge (Narrator), The Secret Garden (Colin Craven), and Bye Bye Birdie (NYC Birdie Club/Teen Chorus). She also did The Little Mermaid JR at Walt Whitman in 7th grade. She’d like to thank her sister and mom for supporting her 100% throughout the first year of high school and starting theatre. She'd also like to thank her best friend Aidan for always being there for her when she needs him, “Love you, bro.”
Donovan Fisher (Publicity Crew Head/Peter Quince) is now on his 9th (!) production through MVHS Theatre Arts. He’s served as Publicity Crew Head and as a part of cast for shows such as Beware The Jabberwock, One Lane Bridge, and Bye Bye Birdie, along with being Assistant Director for Man Woman Flower earlier this year. Next school year, he will serve as the ITS President, Cappies Lead Critic, and as a co-captain of the Improv team. Normally, he would thank Sam, Tania, his family, and a bunch of other people here, but instead he’s shamelessly plugging for you to donate to this department and to come out and see the wonderful season being set up for next year.
Max Fisher (Crew) previously played roles in both The Secret Garden and Bye Bye Birdie. He also worked on the crew during Bye Bye Birdie and played a role in A Midsummer Night's Dream a few years ago.

In addition to theatre, Jordan is also a member of DECA, book club, and the news crew.
Zach Pifer (Dramaturg/Crew) is new to the theater and is joining thanks to his girlfriend, Maggie, who showed him the family that is behind the shows at Mount Vernon. He is also in the Mount Vernon Choir, where he met many people who inspired him to join in on the family that is the performing arts at Mount Vernon.
Madison Powell (Francis Flute) is thrilled to be a part of this show. It’s her first high school show, although last year in the 8th grade she was in Aladdin JR. She has been involved in acting for only a couple of months. Besides acting, she plays basketball and reads a lot.
Ava Purifoy (Crew) is excited to be working on her third MVHS production: A Midsummer Night's Dream. She loves Shakespeare, and this especially because of its complexity. She hopes you all enjoy this year's summer production.

She would like to thank her family and friends for encouraging her and helping her with her role.
Breyla Rhymes (Snug) is really excited for her 2nd play at Mount Vernon High School. However, this is her first outdoor play. She would like to thank her family for supporting her decision to be in this play.
Tania Romero Gonzalez (Props Crew Head) is two months away from being a senior, and that means college is around the corner. She asks, “Help - tuition for my education has been free my entire life, and now they expect me to pay.” Enjoy the show and make sure to donate to MVHS Theatre Arts.

Alexis Wankowski (Stage Manager) likes food and Loki.
Hayleigh Wankowski (Tom Snout/Crew) is the wall.... (lol).
Samuel Zarek (Props Crew Head/Lysander) has done a lot of shows at Mount Vernon. This is his senior year and he is very sad to be doing his last show here, not because it’s his last show, but because it’s Shakespeare and that’s sooooooo hard to memorize. He is the outgoing ITS President, Improv Captain, and Cappies Lead Critic. He is also the Vice President of Tri-M (the honor music society) and in the school advanced Orchestra and Chorus. He wants to give a huge thanks to Mrs. Shaw who has been amazing these past two years and helped to turn this theatre around! He also wants to thank his entire Theatre family and says he loves and will miss each and everyone of you. He wants to give special shoutouts to Donovan, Jared, Melanie, Ttendo, and the rest of his friends and family! Thank you for everything! Thank you for giving me a wonderful high school experience!
